What does this service cost?
- CPK charges $160 to replace a DC jack
- CPK charges $200 for standard board level repair
- CPK will quote out on an individual basis the price if the sub board is dead and needs replacing or if it has to be re-soldered
- CPK will not repair any laptop above our repair rate without the proper approval from your company and revised PO
- If CPK deems the laptop un-repairable, CPK will NOT charge for the work performed
- CPK provides a 90 warranty behind all board level repair service
What expectations should you have?
You will be able to expect that 75% of the time CPK will perform board level repair at our standard price. The remainder 25% consists of non-repairable boards, boards with liquid/physical damage that are non-repairable, boards that your client approved to pay more and boards that your customer refuses to pay the extra amount
PLEASE NOTE:
- If there is any physical damage CPK must be informed ahead of time. Physical damage has to be quoted for each individual case
- If there is liquid damage we must know ahead of time. Liquid damage is usually none repairable
